These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Norma Pacific Pty Ltd’s promotion giving you the chance to win one prize in “Norm’s Online Power Promo”. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should read them carefully, and we recommend you save a copy of them for your reference.

Promotional period

The Norm’s Online Power will commence from 12:00 am AEST 15th March 2024 and end at 11:59 pm AEST 31st May 2024. Entries received after the specified deadline will not be considered.

Promotion eligibility

Participation in the promotion is restricted to trade account customers aged 18 and above of Norma Pacific Pty Ltd and only applies to orders placed on the Norma Australia Webshop during the promotional period. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Norma Group are not eligible to participate.

How to enter

There is no charge to enter the Norm’s Power Promo. Entry is automatic for all Norma Australia Webshop customers who place an order online. No registration or physical entry is required to participate. 

For every online order where the customer orders more than 5 ( five ) individual line items or SKU's, the Norma Australia Webshop customer will automatically be granted 1 entry to the draw.

When and where the draw will take place

The winners of the promotion will be drawn on Monday the 3rd of June 2024 in the Melbourne office of Norma Pacific Pty Ltd.

How will the winner be chosen?

This is a game of chance and winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries using a random number generator.

Notification of draw

Norma Pacific Pty Ltd will attempt to notify the winners using the contact details recorded in the customer order (Via email or phone) at the time of the entry. The winners of the draw will be posted online at https://shop.normagroup.com/au_en/power-promo ( this link is only available to registered and logged in Norma Australia Webshop customers. ) and all entrants will be emailed with the results of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days after the notification, an alternate winner will be chosen. 

How will your information be used?

Any personal information you provide in the course of this Promotion will be subject our privacy policy. You agree that Norma Pacific Pty Ltd will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners.

If you are a winner, you may be required to participate in publicity in connection with the promotion without additional compensation. You agree that Norma Pacific Pty Ltd can use your name and photo on communications as ‘a winner’.

By entering the promotion, you agree to your personal information being used for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions, including the purposes of assessing your eligibility, administering the promotion, prize fulfilment, and for contacting you if you are selected as a winner.

Additional Terms

Any entry made or attempted to be made in a manner which in the Norma Pacific Pty Ltd’s reasonable opinion is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants will be invalid and may result in your disqualification from the promotion. Examples of entries or behaviour which are not allowed include fraudulent entries, bulk entries, automated entries, cheating, hacking or deception.

Subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Norma Pacific Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice in circumstances beyond Norma Pacific Pty Ltd’s reasonable control where Norma Pacific Pty Ltd reasonably considers such cancellation or amendment is unavoidable.

Norma Pacific Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any injuries, damages or death caused by prize.

Norma Pacific Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications line failure, theft, destruction, corruption, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

In the event of any dispute, whether such dispute concerns the conduct or eligibility of participants, results or any and all other matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of Norma Pacific Pty Ltd shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
