ABOUT THE WEB SHOP

Why can I not buy in the web shop?


Shopping in the NORMA Group Webshop is exclusively reserved for customers of NORMA Distribution Center GmbH in Marsberg. After logging in to the protected area of the web shop, our customers can call up their individual prices, view availabilities, place orders and use all service functions, such as repeat orders, quick orders or drop shipments.

How can I buy in the Web Shop?


In order to buy in the NORMA Group web shop, you need to be a distributor and a customer of the NORMA Distribution Center GmbH in Marsberg. If you have already your access data, simply login here and start shopping. If you are not registered for the shop yet, you can request your login data here or you can contact your personal NORMA Group representative.

If you are a distributor, buying group or another type of re-seller and would like to become a customer of NORMA Group, please contact us through the Contact Form or call us at +49 (2992) 907 191.

ORDERS AND PROCESSING

Why can I not place an order in the web shop?


The web shop is divided into a public and a closed area (login required). In the public area all visitors can see our product portfolio and the corresponding product information. However, placing orders is only possible in the closed area (login required).


If you already have your login data, simply log in here and start shopping. If you have not yet registered for the web shop, you can request your login data here.


If you are a retailer, a purchasing cooperative or another form of dealer/reseller and would like to become a customer of NORMA Distribution Center GmbH, please contact us via the contact form or call us at +49 (29 92) 907 191.

How can I cancel or change an order?


Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to cancel or edit an order subsequently in the web shop. Please contact us by phone at +49 (29 92) 907 191 and we will be happy to help you.

Where can I enter a discount code?


You can easily enter a discount code in the shopping cart in the field "Enter discount code". By clicking on "Apply Discount" your discount code will automatically be offset against your total order value in the shopping cart. Then simply click on "Proceed to checkout" to complete your order.

Why is my discount code not working?


A typo may have crept in when entering your discount code or the code may no longer be valid. Please make sure that you have entered the discount code in the shopping cart under "Enter discount code". Why can I order only in certain packaging units?


As is generally the case in the B2B sector, we can unfortunately only sell in full packaging units. Anything else is unfortunately logistically impossible for us. You can find the packaging units on the corresponding product pages in our web shop. Can I also receive a non-binding offer before placing an order?


You will receive a first price indication as soon as you have logged in to the web shop. For price inquiries for special articles, or those that are not available in the web shop, please contact your responsible Customer Service representative, contact us via the contact form or call us at +49 (29 92) 907 191.

Is there a minimum order value?


The minimum order value in our web shop is 50€ net. For orders below the minimum order value we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 15€ per order.

How can I order faster?


There are three ways how you can speed up your order in NORMA Group Webshop:


    1. You can re-place any order you have already placed. To do this, log in to the web shop and click on the "Re-Order" icon at the top right of the page. You will now see all your previous orders and you can choose which of them you want to re-trigger and adjust if necessary.

    2. You can use our "Quick Order". This feature allows you to order many different products within minutes. Log in to the web store, click on the "Quick Order" icon in the upper right corner, and simply enter the appropriate item numbers and desired quantities. The "Quick Order" also allows you to upload entire files containing the item number and quantity information to order even faster.     3. Do you notice in the shopping cart that you have forgotten something? This is no problem either. In the shopping cart you also have the possibility to add items in no time. Simply enter the article name or the article number.

Can I repeat a purchase?


Yes, with our "Re-Order" function you can place already placed orders again. To do this, log in to the web shop and click on the "Re-Order" icon at the top right of the page. You will now see all your previous orders and can select which of them you want to re-trigger and edit beforehand, if necessary.

Can I add an order number?


Yes, during the ordering process you can specify an order number, which will be printed on all documents.


AFTER SALES

Where can I see the status of my current and past orders?


After clicking on your account, you can access the "My Orders" option on the left, where you can view the status of your current and past orders.

Is it possible to return a delivery?


For a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price it is possible that you return your order. Please contact NORMA Customer Service at +49 (29 92) 907 191 if you wish to make a return.

What to do if an item was delivered defective?


We are very sorry if products were delivered to you defective. Please contact NORMA Customer Service at +49 (29 92) 907 191 and we will take care of replacement and collection of the defective goods as soon as possible.

How do I get my invoice?


You will receive your invoice according to your individual agreement with NORMA Distribution Center GmbH. Usually by e-mail or by post.


AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

Where can I see product availabilities and delivery times?


You can easily view product availability and delivery times on the respective product detail pages. Also in the shopping cart you get the information about availability and delivery times for products in the shopping cart.

Can I be informed when products are back in stock?


Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for us to inform you when products are back in stock. However, you can always check the current status of product availability on the product detail pages.

Where can I change my delivery address?


You can easily change the delivery address in the check-out process by adding a new delivery address. To do this, click on the blue button "+ New address". It is also possible to drop ship and ship to a third party.
Alternatively, after clicking on your account on the left side, you can access the "Address Book" option. Here you can see your default shipping address and add more shipping addresses.

How many delivery addresses can I add?


You can add as many shipping addresses as you want.

Can I have products delivered directly to my customer?


Yes, drop shipments are also possible. If you want to trigger a drop shipment, enter your customer's delivery address during the order process and upload your personal delivery bill. Please note that only deliveries within the Schengen area are possible.

What does “desired delivery date” mean?


During the ordering process you have the option to specify a "desired delivery date". After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with the estimated delivery date. Please note that the expected delivery date may differ from your "desired delivery date".

How will I be informed when my order will be shipped?


We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. You can also view the status of your order in your web shop account.

What are the shipping costs?


The shipping costs are calculated according to your individually agreed delivery terms with NORMA Distribution Center GmbH. They are neither displayed in the order process nor in the order confirmation.

How long is the shipping time?


If the ordered products are in stock, the delivery time is 2-3 business days. You can also see the delivery times on the individual product pages in the web shop. Currently, the delivery times may vary due to supply bottlenecks. We therefore ask you to be sure to check the order confirmation.

Is it also possible to ship abroad?


Yes, shipping abroad is possible. But please note that we can only ship within the Schengen area.

Is express delivery possible?


Yes, express shipping is possible. You can select it for an additional charge during the ordering process. The following options are available to you:

  • Express shipping within Germany (orders placed before 1.00 p.m.).
    • Next working day: 10.00 €
      12.00 p.m. next working day: 15.00 €
      8.30 a.m. next working day: 35.00 €

On the product detail pages you will find detailed product information under the tabs "Article Description", "Technical Details" as well as "Applications", and have the possibility to download data sheets.

How do I get catalogs and price lists?


You can download the current gross price list here. Your individual prices will be displayed on the product detail page after you have logged in to your account.

I need more information about a product, who do I contact?

How do I find products?


Our product search can help you find products. You can find the search bar in the header of the web shop. Simply enter a product name or an item number into the search field.

How can I search the most efficiently for products?


The most efficient way to search for products is by entering the item number or product name in the search bar. You can find the search bar in the header of the web shop.

Which article number can be used for search?


For the product search only NORMA Group article numbers or those of Groen Bevestigingsmaterialen BV (after login) can be used.

Why is the entered article number not working?


Item numbers are only recognized without spaces. Please check if there is a space in the entered article number due to copy+paste if necessary.
