It can be frustrating when you find a product that meets your exact requirements, only to find that it is out of stock. Find out how we can help you here.

How do I set an alert?

For products without current stock, a bell symbol or the "Notify me when available" button will appear. Click on it and the alert is activated.

How long will it take before I am notified?

This depends entirely on the production times of the respective product. As soon as the item for which you have activated the alert is in stock, an e-mail with the subject "Back in stock: Your articles are available again" will be sent to you.

Please note: Other customers may also receive this notification, which means that stock can quickly run out depending on demand. For urgent demands and non-standard products please reach out to your contact person.

Where can I manage my alerts?

You no longer remember exactly which articles you have activated the alert for or would like to unsubscribe from a notification? No problem. Simply go to your account in our customer portal and click on "Product Alerts". Here you can see all active notifications and manage them. The alert will be deactivated once the notification was sent out.
