From now on, you can comment on order items in the shopping cart. For example, you can easily inform NORMA's customer service about your preferred delivery day for a certain order item.

With this new function, we can take your wishes into account even better and make your ordering process as efficient as possible. You will also find your comments on the order confirmation email. However, the comments will not appear on any business documents.
