CAT. 31 PVC NDS Telescopic Pro Span Couplings

The patented "Grip Lock" locking feature stops the spigot from rotating when the fitting is compressed, this allows the body to be used as a handle when gluing the spigot end. When the coupling is extended the body is able to rotate so the socket end can also be glued easily.
The addition of an extra seal has been utilised to remove the potential of leaks occurring.
An internal trap has been designed on the socket end to capture excess glue. This ensures the glue stays where it should and prevents the telescopic insert being glued in place.
Cutting damaged pipe is no longer done by guesswork. The compressed length of the telescopic pro-span with a coupling already installed can be used to measure the length of pipe to be removed.
The "True-Cut" positions the piston seals in the body correctly. This eliminates the potential joint separation stress caused by temperature swings, ground movement or changes in line pressure.
Gripping the coupling is made easier with the addition of eight bars running along the length of the body. This helps with twisting, extending and gluing the fitting in place.
